Meetings are currently being at the Cherith Centre, Blundell's Road, Tiverton, EX16 4BZ third Wednesday of the month at 1.45 for 2.00pm.

Regarding our members "online", we wondered how many of you may have gone on and taken the opportunity to have a look at the National u3a website? Is this something you do regularly, occasionally or perhaps not at all? There is a wealth of information on the national site about what is happening at other u3as elsewhere across the country as well as help and guidance for Group Leaders plus ideas and opportunities for individual training and other activities that you might care to pursue.
If you haven't done so before, may I encourage you to spend a moment or two and have a look at the national website. Your committee is interested to know what you think either about it or indeed of any thoughts and ideas you may have to help improve and grow our own local u3a.
We are now holding a raffle at our monthly meetings which is proving very popular. Your ideas for other fund-raising schemes would be most welcome.
Our first coffee morning was a success and so we had a second one in January. Do you find these social occasions enjoyable?

July Trip
We had a trip Wednesday 23rd July 2025 to Coates English Willow centre in Stoke St Gregory near Taunton.
The centre is run by the Coates family, who have been growing willow on the Somerset Levels since 1819.
A lovely day was had by all.
